Refund policy

Refunds:
We offer a 14-day window from the date of receipt for refunds. If you do encounter any issues within this period, please email info@akryptstore.com with the following:
- Order Number 
- Detailed Explanation
- Image/Video Illustrating the Issue
Upon receiving your email, an assessment will be conducted. We strive to respond within 24 hours, offering a range of options to address the issue. Shipping costs are non-refundable (if they apply) when the package has been sent/delivered. Claims for refunds regarding specifications are not accepted as specifications are stated on our website.

Adjustments and Cancellations:
After each purchase, AKRYPT provides confirmation emails and PDF receipts for customers to review their order details. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully verify their information to ensure accuracy.

If any changes are required, customers must notify us within 24–48 hours (grace period) of purchase so adjustments can be made before dispatch. Please note that AKRYPT cannot assume responsibility for incorrect shipping details entered at checkout or errors caused by autofill.

AKRYPT does not cover the expenses for customer return shipping nor supply customers with return shipping labels. 

Harassment and Discrimination Policy:
AKRYPT maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against harassment, discrimination, manipulative tactics, opportunistic behavior, and any form of coercion. We do not entertain requests or inquiries that breach these standards. Our team is highly selective about whom we choose to serve, and we stand resolute in upholding this commitment.
