At AKRYPT, we take all warranty claims seriously and are committed to supporting our customers with a clear, fair, and responsive process. If you are experiencing an issue with one of our products, our team is here to assist and ensure it is assessed properly.
All general illumination products are covered by a 12-month warranty, while thermal and night vision devices are supported by an extended 24-month warranty. Coverage applies to manufacturing defects such as DOA (dead on arrival) and internal faults that occur under normal use within the applicable warranty period. We do not cover intentional damage or loss of device.
